  • Horrible care at this "clinic". I am a nurse- came in because I was dehydrated. The staff here were nice enough- just not compitent enough. Ha! I got directed to an exam room not too long after I entered the clinic, but like many of the other reviews- I was left sitting there for an hour before getting any care past taking my vital signs. After THREE attemps of NOT being able to start an IV on me for hydration, I decided I was better off NOT getting the kind of care Advanced Urgent had to offer. The MD, the PA, and the tech all tried to insert the IV with no luck! And I do not have tough veins. After all this, I complained to the manager and she told me that if I wanted to wait she would come down and put the IV in for me. Well, needless to say I choose not to and decided to leave. Another catch- after all this messed up care- Advanced Urgent still bill my insurance company and charged me the co-pay after assuring me that they would have it removed. I would suggest you go anywhere BUT here!!!
