  • I am a director in an HOA that contracted with Courtney Landscape and Pools to have our pools replastered. The rep who sold the contract also acted as the foreman who left three Mexican workers unsupervised for the entirety of the job. They missed replastering two pop up openings for each of our pools and when this was brought to the attention of the office, Colleen, one of the owners responded with a threat of putting a lien on the property instead of rectifying their error. The missed pop up openings that were supposed to be plastered were simply plugged in with rubber three months later. Their office meanwhile had sent a 90 day past due invoicie to our association with yet another threat to lien. A call to their office to have this invoice modified as current - after the delay in their finishing the job - was met with a very rude response on the other line by supposed owner Colleen. She was terribly rude with "LISTEN TO ME!... blah blah blah. " not allowing the customer in the conversation.... Never again, not even a one-star rating. POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM A LIEN-HAPPY COMPANY.
