  • HORRIBLE!!! I called them to inquire about winter tires and they put me on hold 5times within the first 2mins. The guy asks me a question, I'm answering and while I'm answering he puts me on hold. He comes back and say "I'm sorry" so he asks me the same question, I start answering and he does it again. Horrible first impressions of their quality of service.
