  • This hotel does not give a fuck about what customers feel like. They started reconstruction everyday right above my room at 7:30AM. I called front desk and asked if they could work somewhere else and I was told they can't do that. Okay, so you are telling me that I spent 4 hrs flying here, and waited in the line for half an hour just to check in to a hotel with no spa, no refrigerator and no one who gives a damn about the customers. Disgusting. We ordered a king room and the first room they gave us had connecting doors, so that you can clearly hear them when people in the next room are talking or laughing or fucking. So we told front desk that we want more privacy, ended up with a double queen's room. Beds are small as fuck, hotel is old as fuck, construction sound is loud as fuck. I regret it so fucking much. Literally ruined my holiday. Never again will I come close to this hotel. GO TO HELL.
