  • Bought my CRV HERE they said ever 6 months come in for free auto butler ( really crummy car wash) which actually cost 268 dollars some of which was for an oil change. This was may 2 it's now June 2 and the little wrench light came on says oil is at 15% life. Charged me 30 bucks for oil change and didn't change it ...... Crooks! They charged 85 to flush break fluid and put in new fluid (do u really need to do this on a car I got a year ago). How do I know they even did it if they didn't change the oil? Same with the transmission fluid. And 12 dollar shop charge? Is that for rags and such? So they are crooks and slobs. All in all I got a really crummy 268$ FREE car wash.
