  • Our dog is traumatized!!! We brought our 2 teacup poodles for full services. When we picked the dogs up the staff let us know they did not have any challenges or mishaps. After arriving at home we noticed our male dog has a big rectangle patch of hair that was shaved down too much. The area was a little red and irritated. By the next morning the area scabbed up and he was trembling and acting very scared. As the day progressed it got worse and he won't leave my side. He is shaking in pain. I am so upset that the staff didn't let us know anything and let us find out about this on our own. The cuts looked so good, and we would have considered returning in the future if they had communicated with us. We now have to take him to the vet and hopefully he doesn't get an infection! My dog is completely traumatized, and we will never recommended or return to this business !
