  • If you want friendly informative customer service, avoid this place like the plague! Rude, condescending, and snarky attitude. I had never owned or driven a Jeep. I wanted to check them out for my next lease. Every inquiry I made was responded with condemnation and salesman was continually complaining about how hot it was!! It was not my fault he was dressed in black and it's 90 degrees out. I would rather ride around in a '65 Ford Station-wagon than step foot on that property again. Customer Service? NONE!!!!!!!!!!!
