  • Love publix. The location by my house is amazing. This location not so much. Went to get a sandwich and waited 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging the fact I was standing there. There was a gentleman standing two feet from me behind the counter never said a word. There were two woman at the deli case not a word. By this time three other customers were behind me still no service not even I'll be with you in one second came from anyone. Customer service desk woman was very nice but not a good look for your franchise to ignore customers.
