  • Had issue with other party insurance giving me smaller car than my car with not enough seat belts for my kids. They worked really hard to find me a bigger car. In 1.5 Hours I drove back to get a Ford Explorer. We had Sirius in Explorer first 4 days of car rental! But then it went away. They called to follow up with auto repair shop on time estimates and called to check in when I would be returning car. Great service experience I had! I followed up with other party insurance and he did as well. Wished I remembered the guy's name to give him a shot out. Thank you.
