  • One star for Five Star. I would give zero if I could. I made an appointment with them for a subsequent day "between 8 and 11am." By noon I still hadn't heard anything so I called them, they said they'd call me back. Two more hours went by an nothing so I called them again. They then informed me that their technician called in sick that day. Somehow they didn't know that their employee was sick until 2pm when he had an 8am appointment. Don't do business with these people they can't even manage the schedule or return phone calls.
