  • The wait is horrible. Two hours for an appointment I made a week ago for an express oil change. The service used to be great and relatively fast (1hour max for a simple oil change). I've purchased 3 Nissans here and have had my cars serviced here for at least 5 years. The new Service staff is horrible, rude, and not at all about customer service. I miss the old team!
