| - Sin & Redemption is another one of my go-to places (also included in that list is it's next door neighbour, Village Idiot). If you've been to Village Idiot, Sin & Redemption is it's classy older sibling.
The best thing about this place is of course, the colossal beer list! They have so many great beers, tons of which are from Belgium (which goes with the whole Belgian feel of the place). Another perk is menu, which has a flatbread section (all delicious), as well as burgers, belgian frites, and delicious entrees such as beef stew.
My only complaint about this place is the suspicious food timing. I'm not a fan of a restaurant who can turn over my order in less than 10 minutes - if you're not a fast food place, I know you're operating your kitchen like one! On my most recent visit, my burger and friends stew were out in about 8 minutes. My burger was kind of cold (cheese half-melted) which confirmed my suspicion that this burger wasn't made fresh for me. That being said, the frites were hot and delicious as always, and my friend's stew was also quite tasty!
The service here is always good too - the staff are always quite funny and personable.
If you're looking for a "classy" pub with reasonable prices, definitely keep it in mind!
