  • Very disappointed, windows did not work properly throughout house, some won't open, locks won't latch, one is broken up stairs, none of this got reported on. Doors do not open and close properly and some of the latches don't work. For $650 I expected a much better comprehensive report, I think he took a few pictures and duplicated the report from another house because he even reported "inspected"on things we don't have. This guy was referred by our Realtor all I can say is beware and do your homework!
