  • Came here to adopt Cheddar on Sunday. I still had a few things to get in line before buying him so they said they can hold him for 24 hours for me. They took his name off the board and I filled out the application and everything was ready. They are closed on Mondays so I came back Tuesday an hour before they even opened to pick him up and he was adopted. How this was possible, I don't know. Unless she didn't even hold him in the first place which wouldn't surprise me after reading the other reviews. We had everything ready at home for him, told everyone and was so incredibly excited to bring him into our family and he was gone. The ladies were rude and told us that we had to pay a fee to hold him. Excuse me? We were NEVER told about a holding fee. NEVER. I've never been so disappointed. Seems like they would rather let the pets sit in a crate there than have a loving home. So upset and disappointed. They didn't even apologize and the was they acted me feel like they didn't hold him on purpose.
