  • This warrenty Company is terrible. I bought a car and a week later had problems with my transmission. They refused to give me a new one and gave me one from a junkyard. It took Cars Protection Plus 21 days to ship that junkyard transmission from Pennsylvania to Virginia. They are hard to get a hold of on the phone and they don't call back. I would never deal with this warranty company again. Cars protection plus is the worst warranty company. They don't want to pay for anything. I didn't even use a rental car with them.I borrowed a friends car. If I would have used a rental it would've cost them almost $500.
