  • Horrible service took car in for oil change and electrical check we are sat 2 hours they forgot to change oil and only 1 of 5 charging station works. So back I go Now they are going to have my car for 2 days no loaners and no ride home. Am I supposed to sleep in the waiting room till Friday? Asked about a loaner when one comes back and a pick up from van driver since my husband had to drive across home so I didn't have to sleep over. Jake said probably not but you can call tomorrow and see if we have a loaner. NICE stranded and no help thanks for not doing the car repairs and service that I waited for three hours to complete.
