Really enjoyed my Sunday morning visit to Lola's. Felt a bit intimidated as I've been waiting to come here for such a long time, but just have never had the time to make the trip down from El Mirage.
The coffee is fantastic, and the pastries are top notch. I liked the vibe / atmosphere - in terms of coffee shops, that's always part and parcel of the overall experience. It's got to be a place where you can spend stress free time without feeling rushed or pushed out the door, and I think Lola's manages that well. The downside is that for good coffee / food, you pay for experience more than your typical coffee house. That said, it was totally worth it in my opinion. Lola's reminds me of the Wild Iris in Prescott, which is a very, very good thing :)
