  • My parents stayed at this hotel to celebrate my mother's birthday. I arranged for a bottle of wine to be sent to their room via e-mailing with their front desk. I mentioned in the e-mail to include a note saying Happy Birthday and who it was from if possible. I was so pleasantly surprised when my mom told me that the wine bottle arrived as soon as they walked into the room with the most friendly person ready to open and pour it. Not only that, but they truly went above and beyond and got a hallmark birthday card and typed my birthday message in it. The friendly people at this Marriott helped me be part of my mother's birthday from far away and I am so appreciative. Thank you for your service!
