  • Where do I start? First car purchased THEY SPELLED MY NAME WRONG ON THE CONTRACT! Its not a hard name. Also put down wrong information. 2nd purchase... Once again name is wrong stuffed me into another truck promising I would be "right" side up. I am aware it was a dumb mistake but when what was promised in "free" $1400 oil changes and poor gas milage I came back to get out of it. I was put into another vehicle. Not to mention $200 stolen out of my vehicle during a n hour oil change. After harrassing them for TWO DAYS I finally got my money back with no thanks to them or even a call back! Found out I was sold on another "maintence" package and drove off. Now to find out they mis entered the information on carfax for my odometer statement and is causing me additional problems. They are crooks. They fraud their contracts and do not show you the complete contract. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY OR SOMEONE I DISLIKE.
