I scheduled an appointment and the tech showed up and told me they didn't have the correct windshield and I would need to reschedule as they needed the full VIN number to ensure getting the correct windshield. If you offer a way to schedule online, make sure you ask for the information necessary to get the correct windshield so that I don't have someone show up without it. It doesn't make sense to wait for an appointment that can't happen because of failure on your part to ensure you had the correct information to do the install. This is not a valuable spend of my time and not an efficient way to run a business by not asking for the necessary information up front.
