rev:text	Aurora Pointe is LOUD. First and foremost. Its also over-priced. These are things people can deal with. The BIGGEST ISSUE is the landlord Paula and her bosses. They WILL KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!!. We have a 2 year old son, I knew I needed to do some touch painting and a bit of texturing (which is normally just done anyways during a flip by management and covered); I had asked at least 4 times "what kind of paint do you use" and was ignored each and everytime. Additionally, there were a few food stains from our son on the carpets that I went out of my way to buy a carpet steamer to clean (as I had heard throughout the year all the terrible things about Paula and how rutheless orosz is during a flip) and was told DO NOT CLEAN THE CARPETS!! So I didn't, thinking they would be wet and she might want to show the apartment to someone later that day (oh, not to mention she scheduled a showing the same day we were moving out, and at least twice a week before that during which we spent a lot of time cleaning up for her). All the appliances were cleaned, thoroughly, we pulled out the oven and the fridge and cleaned, the bathrooms were spotless. We had a picture hanging on the wall that scraped a bit of paint off (they claim it was black candle soot or something... we never had candles by the TV and Picture that were hung on this wall... but who cares anyways!) BUT ISN'T THIS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR?!? Long story short, if you live in Aurora Pointe, you are throwing away half a months rent. In fact, i wasn't only charged 632.50 for painting and a bit of cleaning, they had the GAUL TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL 52.00 after the fact for which I am going to pay with a check that if I weren't an upstanding gentlemen would be dipped in something itchy. JUST SAY NO TO AURORA POINTE!
