  • Staff is rude, they talk down to patients making them worse than they already physically feel...no compassion within the staff at the counter, I have news for them...dressing in scrubs does make you a Doctor/PA, your just receptionist that gets to dress like its casual Friday. Training opportunity on how to treat those coming to see TOCA is an under statement...
