  • One of my favorite restaurants in Vegas! Everything from the olive tapenades they serve with the bread to the cocktails to the ambiance is superb. The view of the fountains in unbeatable. The beef carpaccio app is incredible. Best beef carpaccio ever...nothing compares, and I normally don't eat red meat. I make an exception for this dish. So good that once we got it as our app and entree! Love Olives! Only downside is it is always packed, so make a reservation!
