  • I am and have been a fan of smash burger for a while and nothing against the food at all. I had Terrible experience there today though. I ordered food for my team and went to pick it up. Got back to work and found we were shorted a burger and the rest of them were not correct. So nobody got what they wanted or ordered and someone didn't get one at all. I tried to call to see if I could run back, which is a 15 min drive just to get there, but no answer and left a message and nobody called back still 40 minutes later. Extremely disappointed mostly just because it was supposed to be a treat for my team that didn't end up that way.
