I live nearby this place and have had MANY bagels over the years. Over time, my standards have changed and I now get them rarely. These are not as good as a New York bagel. The texture just isn't right and the bread doesn't have the kind of flavor you get with well fermented doughs.
If you need to get something for an office with 25 people, this is a good cheap option. But for a bread fix, there are better options.
