  • If you're trying to save money, don't come here! I swear you're going to blow your budget on the great books and illustrated comics in that they carry here in their very, highly curated selection here. I love independent bookstores and if you're like me and try to avoid the generic mega bookshops, then D & Q is probably the best in the city to visit. I'm not the only one who loves this place. When David J of legendary goth band Bauhaus fame, and later part of Love & Rockets, was in Montreal a few months back for a book reading and signing of his book "Who Killed Mister Moonlight?: Bauhaus black magick and benediction", he was positively raving about this place as well.
