  • I'm baffled by the negative reviews because my experience with Yaya was fantastic. She answered the phone promptly, was friendly, direct and honest. I personally think HOAs are horrible but sometimes unavoidable in Henderson. Yaya made it easy for me to decide to avoid buying a house in a particular HOA. This saved me from a lot of future grief. Therefore, Yaya rocks!
