  • I live in the verano I've been waiting for over two- three weeks for the property manager janae to return my calls I've been having problems with the AC unit where's it's draining my electric every 4 days I've called SRP & talked to them they told me that the money I'm putting on my electricity should at least last a week in a half to 2weeks. My toilet has been running no stop for 3 weeks idk if it's raising my water bill because of the constant running but it's also annoying especially in the middle of the night. Two days ago I called the office spoke with the handyman named Tim he told me he would come check out my AC unit he never showed then I've called the emergency number Tim called me back & assured me that he would come first thing the following morning Tim was a no show I've had nothing but problems after problems while living here at the Verano it is a con am property if these problems are not corrected I'm just going to let my lawyer take over because this is very frustrating. I GIVE THIS RATING 5 stars DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!
