  • As with many things in life (and especially home renovation etc.), there is a trifecta: Budget, Timeline, Quality. It's rare and almost impossible to have all three, usually one has to be sacrificed. Having worked with GH before, I knew that in this situation it would have to be timeline. For the budget and quality there is no comparison - we've heavily used one of our couches from GH for 7 years and it looks brand new. The quality is excellent and the price was beyond competitive. But be warned, the price you do pay for a GH product is timing. If you need something ASAP or on a strict schedule, this is not the place to order from -- you will be endlessly frustrated. Your furniture WILL take weeks longer than anticipated to arrive, you WILL be annoyed by the lack of information sales people will be able to provide, but if you are patient and have a more flexible timeline you will be getting a superior product. It's not ideal, but that's the reality of this place.
