I have been a very loyal customer for years. I have seen all the paint changes, chair changes, and staff changes.
They all know me by name and all of the customers I have brought in over the years.
However, I went in for a pedi when I walked in. I was told by the front office that they couldn't seat me due to a large party that hadn't arrived. I needed to come back in 2 hours. It was on a Thursday at 2:00PM. There was no apology, no effort to try to squeeze me in.
I don't feel this is how you treat loyal customers. I was very upset with the service that I received. I will NOT be coming back. If you no longer care about Customer's that have supported you for years, I can take my dollars elsewhere. Get it together Lo'Ann's.
