  • I went here last minute as my guitar needed a desperate setup due to a scheduled last minute recording session. I quickly regretted the decision. I asked if the guitar tech could put on Ernie Ball 12's for my guitar, the tech took the liberty to use strings that I had been saving for my 8-string guitar. These were not the strings I had asked for to be put on, and he did modifications to my guitar I did not approve of. His response? "Well, you didn't complain when you played it." The nut on my guitar is sawed to a point I can't put thinner strings on. I have adjusted the neck and saddles on my guitar, to no avail. Unfortunately, my guitar is currently unusable at the moment till I can buy a new nut as well as pay for a proper setup by someone more professional.
