Terrible customer service and Kristina Remon is very short and lacks customer service skills. She doesn't answer the phone when she should and then the recording tells you because she didn't answer to schedule online, so I did. But no, the available times on their website don't work for her either. I remember now why I never went back to renew, it was her and her alone. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the doctor. Too bad Kristina is employed, I'm sure with all the other reviews on here she is the key reason you are losing patients. I have to run I was scheduled same day with your competitor :)
