I would give this place zero stars if I could. We were excited to try out this place especially after getting a good deal through Groupon. Upon arrival, we discovered the indoor track was really hot and poorly ventilated. The karts were old and poorly maintained. My first kart had to be restarted after the first turn and was significantly underpowered. The steering wheel to my boyfriend's kart was bent. It took the staff 3 laps to get him into a different kart and didn't do anything about the time he had lost due to faulty equipment. My second kart was much faster. In general, the helmets were beat up, engines were half assembled missing air filters and engine covers and were just dirty in general. These karts should be pulled out of rotation for repair. In the video they showed, the staff were to use a variety of flags to signal to the drivers. Besides the checkered flag to signal the end of the run, no other flags were used to help the drivers (yellow for caution, blue for passing, etc.). We frequent many go kart places both at home and when we travel, this was by far the worst experience we've had. Go to Gene Woods if you are looking to go kart around Vegas strip, much better equipment and is run by very professional staff. We also heard about pole position but didn't have a chance to make it there.
