  • I usually check the website before coming to the store, nice to have a location close to home. Although I have found some of the lowest prices here on electronics you really do have to do your homework before purchasing as some prices are more than the competition and some of the brands they carry are ones I have never heard of in my life and I wouldn't expect much of those items. Their customer service seems to be priority as I have found their personnel knowledgable on the products and the locations of them within the store, my last trip included a guided tour of what I was looking for and where it was as opposed to the "vague point and over there" routine I usually get at other stores. I haven't bought any big ticket items here and have yet to experience trying to return or get warranty work done here. Unfortunately that won't be for long as I do need a return on my next trip in.
