  • As a semi-constant customer, constant when I need crickets, I am in the store a lot. It is clean, and well staffed. I love the manager, the cashier, the front end staff. I used to avoid this one because of one employee, I am imagining she moved on to work at some DMV somewhere. The tanks are clean, and the animals cared for, which is all I generally care about. I don't mind being ignored for the sake of taking care of the critters. Here I don't have to choose. My Granddog has taken three sets of training classes here, and Danielle is a saint to put up with him and his first classmate. Now he a VERY wellbehaved giant Pit Bull. An ambassador of the breed, which he was NOT before those classes! I drop by sometimes when I am not coping with pain issues and they carry my heavy purchases out. Generally I won't let employees do this if I can't offer a tip, however they pay attention to my winces and usually only ask now if I am making owie faces.
