| - I am new to the Pittsburgh area and I found Perfect 10 on Yelp. I've never posted a review on Yelp before but I signed up so I could review this salon. I have now been going to see Connie for almost a year, and I can't imagine going anywhere else!
When you first walk in to Perfect 10, you are cheerfully greeted by both Connie and the salon owner, Heather. They do not have a receptionist, which I like because it maintains a close, family-feel to the business. The salon, itself, is small and very cute. Heather did a great job of making the space appear open and bright, but also intimate, warm, and relaxing. The lighting is soft so you feel as though you've stepped into a friend's house... which is true, because Connie makes you feel so comfortable, it's as if you've been a client for ten years!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Connie. She is an experienced nail technician who is not only efficient, but does an excellent job making your nails look healthy and pretty. I am a nail biter (I always have been), so when I began seeing Connie my nails were often red and raw. This was embarrassing because my job requires a polished appearance. However, because Connie uses the best products, my nails began to heal after a few visits and my cuticles became much less irritated. I especially love the cuticle oil Connie uses, which makes my cuticles soft and moisturized and my nail bed healthy. Additionally, Connie is friendly and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable and at ease. She likes to get to know all of her clients on a personal level, and you quickly realize that she is a warm and caring person who loves her job at Perfect 10 and takes pride in her work. You'll sit down for your manicure, and before you know it, you are laughing with Connie and talking about friends, family, and everything in between. After one visit, I realized why so many people keep returning to her year after year. I know I will!
Overall, Perfect 10 is an intimate salon where you quickly become a member of the family. Heather is a sharp business owner who strives to provide high-quality service, and Connie is a fabulous nail technician who not only does an amazing job, but truly cares about getting to know you and making you feel comfortable and pampered. She is friendly, funny, and talented and you will never need to visit another salon after you have one visit with Connie at Perfect 10!
