I am updating my review. After my original review, I was contacted by the owner of this location, looking for a way to give us a good experience if we came back to get this maintenance done. Today, we were able to try again.
The owner and manager went out of their way to get the work done quickly. I've also learned of some improvements taking place (like a proper after-hours key drop that will be installed in the near future). Hopefully, that will also include an answering machine, so I don't have to use Yelp to get their attention (hint hint, guys!)
So, here's my take: problems happen, and mistakes get made. When a company fixes a mistake says more to me about how a business is run than the "easy" jobs. I'll be back.
