  • I was recommended to Dr Twesne by my family dentist to have a tori removed. When I called to make an appt, the receptionist was very professional and nice. On the day I thought was my appointment, I arrived at the office and the gal at the front desk said my appointment wasn't until the next day. ..completely my mistake. My hubby and I made the trip in from our home in Az..and the surgery was not something I was looking forward to. They checked theur schedule and was I formed they would be able to see me if I didn't mind waiting a bit. Very nice of them to accommodate ne. Dr Twesne introduced himself and went over the surgery. He made ne feel very comfortable and he answered all my questions. His assistant Carol prepped me for the surgery and the two of them worked like one. Carol knew exactly what she needed to do and Dr. Twesne was gentle. ..the surgery was over before I knew it. Dr. Twesne even called me that evening to check on me. I would highly recommend Dr. Twesne and his warm and caring staff. Great office, wonderful dentist!!
