  • I spoke with many companies before working with Certified garage door. I'm helping my parents get the springs replaced from out of town. When I called after at 6pm. I was surprised that they picked up. He told me that it would be the day after tomorrow at 9 am. I asked that he text me before coming to my parents home. They are in their late 80's and I wanted to be involved. Not only did I get that text the morning of the service call. He was on time and finished the job swiftly. Great service at a great price.
