  • I had no problems at all with my order. I checked reviews after ordering and became very worried. However, everything was fine. (I ordered after the Christmas rush, so maybe that helped.) My order was shipped promptly and there were no extra charges on my credit card. This was a gift, so I didn't see the product itself, but I assume it was what I ordered and not an inferior substitution as some reviewers have stated.
