  • A representative, Erin, called me to inform me that Coulter Tempe had amazing specials and I should make an appointment with the manager to find out more. Out of curiosity, I confirmed an appointment with the manager Chris. I showed up to the dealership and Chris promptly handed me off to someone who had no idea as to why I was there. No one knew what "specials" Erin was talking about. It was one bad situation after another. The salesman I was handed off to, was great. When I finally found a vehicle that I was interested in, the car didn't start; and it was a NEW vehicle on the showroom floor! The salesman still gave me the quote on the vehicle and even though it didn't start, they still wanted me to pay FULL price for a brand new car with a dead battery. The whole experience was a waste of time.
