  • I was entertaining clients from Europe and this was , by far ,the worst rental experience in 40 years of renting vehicles for business or pleasure. No cars available in the class I reserved. Nobody knew when it would be available. Had to take what they had and half way to destination the front bumper came loose on the freeway and was flapping against the car. Arrived in Orange County, CA and drove to Fox location to switch cars. Only car available had a big hole in the middle seat. What a disappointing experience. Got back to AZ and was told to call customer service about getting a discount. Called customer service the next day and they informed me I could only request the discount when I returned the car the previous day. In addition, customer service said their cars are not quality cars that is the reason for the poor condition of their cars . Beware.
