  • Seriously, best dr-patient interaction I have had in a long time, or maybe ever. I was there yesterday for the first time. Place was clean, front desk very accomodating and friendly. Accepted my insurance no prob. It looked busy, but I barely had to wait. But wow the best surprise was - the doctor actually LISTENED to me and genuinely CARED that I wasn't feeling well. He took his TIME and addressed my issues. AND I just received a call from him to ask me how I was feeling and if the medicine is helping. So I had to post this. I was too shy to say this over the phone but Thank you Dr. Moses! Finally a doctor in parma that I can trust and will return to.
