  • Disclaimer: I've only used them for alteration so can't speak to the dry cleaning. I've taken a bunch of clothes here - something like 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed, a couple to have the waist taken in (yeah, pants are difficult for me to find) or the stitching on the inner thigh reinforced, and a few tops that needed minor repairs. I've always been satisfied with the quality of their work and I find the repairs they make to be very durable. The prices are very reasonable and they're always willing to explain to me exactly what needs to be done and how they can do it. For example, I recently wanted to take in a pair of pants that had an oddly situated button on the pocket. The person with whom I dealt immediately realized that the button would have to be removed, explained why, and made sure I was okay with it. (It was removed really cleanly too.) Super convenient location. An earlier review says they're cash only but they do take credit now. Definitely my go-to for alterations.
