  • I went to Lee Nails for a spa pedicure. The Vietnamese Lady ask if I wanted my nails cut and I said yes. She did a straight cut which didn't match my original nail cut but I waited patiently to see if she would file to make it look better. When she asked which nail color I choose, I knew she was done so I told her I still see some dirt, old nail polish, and my nail was not straight. She told me it was straight from her view and that she said I wanted cut and straight style. I only remember she asking if I wanted it cut and not how I wanted to be cut. I got tire of arguing with her so I took the file to do it myself. She did continue on with the service but I knew she was mad because she told her co-worker that was working next to her rude comments about me in vietnamese cuz I too understand vietnamese. When she was done painting my nail, she just walk off. I'm used to them taking me to a heat lamp so it will dry off faster but I guess they don't do that here. The nail polish was sloppy but decent but my biggest complaint was that she took off and all I could hear was her eating in one of the back room. I asked one of employee next to me if I could talk to the owner or manager but she said there wasn't any so I told her I wasn't happy with the service that I wasn't going to pay because you don't just walk off on a customer. She then spoke to the only guy worker there who was doing someone's nail. The bad attitude lady finally came back and told me she was done and that's why she left. I told her she didn't say anything to me. She said that I was only paying $20 and she spent way too much time on me and that I expected her to kneel down to me. I was done arguing with her and ask for the owner's information but she refuse to give me and told me she was the owner and told me she doesn't want my money anyways. She said that she have been working for 17 years and never done some ugly feet like mine. She continue bad mouthing me to the other customers who was waiting to get work done. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I walk out of there so shock how they can be in business with such horrible customer service.
