I'm Costco member and we are in car buying program and was told to go to Chapman Dodge. I did a lot research on line and knew basically what I wanted. First meeting with Salesman and "new car manager Josh" was ok. They came back an gave me copy of invoice that was 70 percent close to truck I wanted. A week later I emailed salesman and told him I attached printout of vehicle I wanted. He was sick so emailed internet manager she told me come in tomorrow at 9 am and you can order truck and put down a deposit. We got there a little late but salesman and "Josh lets call him cocky new car manager" left us in showroom to price out truck I wanted. 15 minutes later I see Josh in parking lot helping female customer? I waited 20 minutes total, remember I gave them paper with what I wanted three day prior. So me and the wife leave 5 minutes later salesman calls and asked if I want long bed or short bed. I lost it, clearly on printout it says longbed. I been to two other dealers since then and I noticed wife and I were the only people in Chapman Dodge. Then internet manger called an apologized and said General Manager is involved and he can make Josh find a truck for me. I told her I'll give you one more chance after five hours I emailed them and said forget it I'm going to another dealer. About 10 minutes later I get invoice and pricing from Costco. After three business day Costco Finally called back and was told they are only dealer in Vegas in program, I advised them I was working with another dealer. Going to anther Dodge dealer and get some respect that Josh did not show to me and wife.
UPDATE: Last week I ordered a 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 fully loaded with another dealer in town, it only took me two visits, difference was sale manager listened to me and ordered the truck I wanted. Sticker price is $78,245 before discounts.
