We booked our shipment with ShipCanada to move our boxes from one province to another province. The day the boxes were to be picked up, no one showed up. We waited and waited. We called and were told they don't know what happened as they should have been picked up already. That was on a Friday, so we had to wait until Monday to pick up as they aren't open on the weekend. The problem was we would be on our way to our destination by then. Lucky for us we had a good family friend who said she would wait for them to pick up the boxes. Monday came no one showed to pick up the boxes. So our friend called and was told they would be picked up the following day (Tuesday). Finally, on Tuesday they were picked up.Didn't get our things until the following week. We received all the boxes except one box with our glassware arrived with glasseware broken, but most were missing! As well as some canned food was missing as well. We can't even get compensation, because our things were not insured (the agent we spoke to never mentioned anything about insurance).
