  • This place is always busy...and there's always a ton of yankees. The food is good, but it's hard to screw up a bagel. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes the people working there are very friendly, today there was a female that was clearly not happy to be at work. She huffed & puffed while she took orders and gave drink refills. If an employee has an attitude that bad keep her in the back, don't put her out front to be rude to customers. Thankfully the little teenage girl there was so pleasant and very helpful. Hopefully more customers will have the sweet girl instead of the one with an attitude problem.
