The hotel itself is nice and swanky but there were a few annoyances during our stay here.
We arrived at the hotel past 5pm and our check-in took FOREVER. The longest check-in known to man, I swear. We got a 2 bedroom suite but one of the bedrooms was not ready. So we went to dinner at Caesar's Palace and came back a couple hours later. When the bedroom that wasn't ready became ready, we found the table in the room to be...half missing with screws on the floor. We also asked for a rollaway bed during check-in which was also not in the room so we had to ask for it again.
They did offer us food credit and didn't charge us for the extra bed but all these little hiccups made the start of our family vacation (with family members we hadn't seen in 20+ years) a little annoying.
Otherwise, everything else was fine.
