  • UGH. She cut me once, shame on her. She cuts me twice, shame on me ! I should have got up and run out the door (bare footed) when she (Jenny or Genny) cut my big toe during the pedicure. But I didn't - my fault. I suffered through it, even when she poured alcohol on the open cut (clear bleeding). I skipped the toe polish because I thought it would hurt too much. I let her start manicure (just shape nails and put clear coat --- it wasn't complicated) WELL she cut me !!! Yep !!! With the end of the nail file or edge of it ---- deep, deep - like a paper cut, right on tip of my index finger. NEVER GOING BACK !!!!! VERY PRICEY for UNDERWHELMING SERVICES.
